Tincknell Takes Narrow ELMS Championship Lead To Finale After Cruel Penalty

Harry Tincknell will travel to Portugal for the European Le Mans Series finalé next month with a slender one-point championship lead. The British youngster had actually taken the chequered flag first in the Four Hours of Le Castellet yesterday (6 Sep), registering what he had thought was his and JOTA Sport’s second successive ELMS win. But a 45secs penalty, confirmed three hours after the race, dropped the Tincknell/Simon Dolan/Albuquerque Gibson 015S-Nissan to an ultimate third place.

Mexico Men Light on their Feet

The Goodridge Mexico Men’s Soccer Team recently won 3rd place in the Tijuana Maquiladora’s Association tournament.

With this win, the team has been invited to participate in the Telmex Cup tournament which is reserved for the top ranked Tijuana Maquiladora teams.  What’s next? The International Goodridge Football challenge?

Injury puts an end to 2015 season

It’s been 5 weeks since I crashed at Brands Hatch. The crash it self was small, but through no fault of his own, another rider ran over my back resulting in two fractured vertebrae, a grade 4 lacerated liver, and some damage to my right lung. The marshalls and medical staff at the track were amazing in taking care of me and I was airlifted to St Georges Hospital in London. I was taken quite good care of there also, especially in the ICU ward for 2 days.

New Challenge for M-Sport in Germany

M-Sport World Rally Team’s Elfyn Evans and Ott Tänak will face a new challenge next week as the 2015 Ford Fiesta RS WRC makes its asphalt debut at the ninth round of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) – ADAC Rallye Deutschland.

The new Ecoboost-powered Fiesta has already proven its pace on gravel and next week will see it let loose on the sealed-surface roads of the German Rhineland.
