7 Days of Aston Martins – Day 2
Day 2 – Aston Martin DBRS9 GT3 | Unveiled in 2006 as customer/privateer version of the DBR9 GT1 car for use in the then new GT3 class of international racing, the car was based on the road-going DB9 model with a DBR9-based roll cage and carbon fibre body panels as well as modified gearbox and suspension.
The car weighed 1230kgs, produced 550bhp and was run exclusively by privateers all over the World since 2006. This car is fully plumbed with Goodridge 600-Series (brakes & clutch), 710-Series with JIC connectors (fuel & oil) and bespoke HL836 hardline systems (brakes & airjack).
