Quality Policy Statement

At Goodridge Ltd, our key management objective is to ensure that products supplied to customers are supplied right first time, every time and on time.

The company is committed to adhering to contractual, safety, statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as applicable specifications. The products are safe for use and meet the needs of our customers.

The Quality Management System has been established in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, including IATF 16949:2016. This system has been designed to ensure that all requirements relating to the above statement are recognised, controlled and documented.

Lean practices, training and continual improvement have been identified as key support practices. They ensure that the company and its staff work to meet the expectations of customers, the organisation itself, and its interested parties.
