Business Development Manager

The Company

The Role

  • To identify, drive, manage and convert new business opportunities within the OEM division, EMEA&A region of Goodridge Ltd.
  • To understand customer needs and actively engage and promote Goodridge Ltd products and solutions to external prospects and customers, within both new and existing markets.
  • To work independently and as part of a small team to ensure the key objectives within the OEM commercial team are accomplished.

Performance Account Manager (Performance and Motorsport)

The Role
To act as a Performance Account Manager in Goodridge UK, this will involve managing existing dealers and distributors, growing the business with them and some new business development.

The Role:
To compete any assigned task from your Team Leader in a timely manner and to the quality expectations of both the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities:To complete / assemble any order allocated to the post holder, to exceed both customer and company expectations.

To ensure any tasks allocated to the post holder is completed in a timely manner paying attention to both written and drawing instructions.

To ensure that the post holder works in a safe manner observing company Health and Safety procedures as well as company policies as laid down in the company handbook.

To ensure the post holder adheres to the quality standard TS16949 : 2009

To ensure that any tasks allocated to you are completed in a timely manner paying attention to the customers requirements.

To ensure that quality standards are met for all product assembled within the building.

Person Specification:
Good manual dexterity

Good command and understanding of written and spoken English to enable post holder to interpret instructions and production drawings.

Flexible with working hours.

Performance Standards:
Performance standards are acceptable when:-

Good standards of communication, initiative and relations are achieved with all other departments.

The position holder understands and then carries out plans and objectives agreed with the management team.

A satisfactory performance is reached to optimize the work output between all personnel within the section.

The professional standards set out by the company are practiced at all times.

Work Status:
Full time – Working hours from 2:00 pm to midnight Monday to Thursday.
